perfect cage
arrived pretty quick, was very simple to put together, even included tools needed, I will be using this cage for my 3 pound dog after she has her pups , love the height , will make cleaning easier, yes she is litterboxed train

Fantastic Turtle hutch
Quick shipping and solid product. Enough room for my two turtles and love the removable divider that can be installed if needed. For the most part, instructions were easy to follow but the hinge guidance on the roofs could be explained better.

I spent alot of time researching which cat catio would work best for my cat. I got this for my 4 yr old one cat who is very shy and afraid of her sister cat so I decided this way she can have her own space instead of being confined day after day to just one room of the house all the time. This has plenty of space and I love how it has four separate spots/tiers. This has plenty of space and I love how it has four separate spots/tiers. The first main floor for her kitty litter and food and I plan to add a small scratching pad, the top portion has plenty of room for her to stretch out and give her some privacy if she wants and the platforms are spacious. I love how easily I can move this around. (I did not put in the hammock as she is a little skittish) . It was packaged very well, we received it very quickly. 5* Seller.

So pretty just needs a lock!
Love how it looks! It’s gorgeous , only thing I don’t love is that it doesn’t have a lock (bought one on Amazon for $6), therefore I will need to buy a lock otherwise my dogs escape. But other than that it’s great!

I bought this because of the metal frame, my rabbits chew all wood even though they have plenty of chew toys. The wood on this hutch is pine, which is toxic to rabbits. I replaced all the wood panels with greenhouse panels and wrapped the ramp with jute fabric to keep my boys from chewing it.It was a bit of extra work and money but I a much happier with the result.My only complaint about the frame is that the bottom ramp comes off the hinge way too easily. My only complaint about the frame is that the bottom ramp comes off the hinge way too easily. The inner pin on the hinge should have been longer and had a small hole for a cotter pin, to keep it from sliding off.

Great run for my chickens
This chicken run is easy to put together. I'm a small female and was able to assemble it by myself. All the pieces went together just fine. The box arrived a bit mangled but everything was inside and nothing was damaged. This is the 2nd chicken run of this model I have purchased and set up. I only took away 1 star because the tarp is so thin. I live in a windy area and the wind tears up the tarp quickly. I also wish I was able to purchase a replacement tarp individually but can not, unfortunately....

Severe manufacturing shortcomings.
This would have been easy to put together if the parts were not cut and drilled in the wrong side and the siding slats were actually in the miter cut for them or cut to the correct size. As is, I bought this to have a temp coop while rebuilding after a storm. I had to repair and drill this thing anyway so I would not recommend.The entire side had caved once assembled because of the slating issues on both sides. Poor craftsmanship and not structurally sound
Ordered this outdoor dog kennel for our husky. Upon delivery, we found that not all the pieces were in the box for the door to the kennel. Contacted customer service and had to request multiple times for them to send us the appropriate parts. They tried saying the unit was out of stock; however, was still available for purchase on their website. They tried telling us we would need to go purchase a different door from a local supplier and only offered a $50 credit. After some convincing, they sent...

Ordered this outdoor dog kennel for our husky. Upon delivery, we found that not all the pieces were in the box for the door to the kennel. Contacted customer service and had to request multiple times for them to send us the appropriate parts. They tried saying the unit was out of stock; however, was still available for purchase on their website. They tried telling us we would need to go purchase a different door from a local supplier and only offered a $50 credit. After some convincing, they sent us the box with the needed part for the door and requested we take the parts out we needed and return what's left. The box arrived completely damaged and without return shipping labels. Once we were able to construct the kennel (almost 2 weeks later) after receiving all needed parts, we discovered several of the vertical support beams to be bent. Also, the tarp was on the kennel for less than 12 hours before it ripped and was torn from the grommets. Definitely would not recommend. For the amount of money we spent, we could've bought the material and constructed our own kennel, which would've been much more sturdy.
