Good design and a nice idea but it is not secure.
Wish this had better more secure closing latches. The only night we used it our doe's got out and a predator killed them. Very expensive lesson.

Chain link destroyed!
The chain link provided for the door was in multiple pieces, like the links had unwound themselves and were strips of metal. The chain link for the walls was damaged in multiple spots, bent and tangled. The chain link was also unwound or coming apart, so sections of the fence were significantly lower on the top and longer on the bottom. Mostly this experience was a disaster. Doubt I will use this site again.

Cheap quality
Cheapest and weakest design I have ever seen , bought this to build it together with my kids , hinges came off after opening doors couple of times , also the locks are weak , they might break any minute , any small predator can break in and eat the chicken , I received the item with broken wood pieces that I had to glue back together , also I stapled most of the wire , DO NOT RECOMEND FOR ANYONE , if I don't have the time to disassemble and return

Absolute junk
I needed a step ladder with sisal legs. It seems no one carries such an item. This was as close as I could find. It arrived about the 15th of April 2024. I put it together and put it where we needed it. My Cat has already ripped the flimsy carpeting off of the legs. The sisal.... of course is sturdy and has withstood his vigorous scratching, which is why i was hoping to find one with all sisal legs. This is useless now as it's bare and the carpet is in tatters. Took less than a week to destroy it....

Im very upset with this purchase the directions on how to build this this are horrible. I can't find any detailed directions. I wish I never bought this coop.

DONT DO IT!!!
This coop was so small it was only big enough for 1 chicken but still couldn't be used because there's no door on the coop portion. It is smaller than the deacription. Customer service was poor and delayed. I couldn't return it without it costing me money so I had to settle for a small portion refund. Basically, I lost about $100 on this useless product. Don't try it!

Horrible Customer Service
I contacted customer service on 10/13 to request a return. Was given an option to receive a return label, which I requested on 10/13. As of today 10/18 I still have not gotten the label and customer service is not responding to my emails and the online chat does not work, gives an error "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later." I've been trying since 10/13.

VERY poorly mad and cheaply made! I will be contacting for a full refund! This house is completely broke ! I have had both of my rabbits almost yet hurt because of this cage and one has gotten out that I had to chase

PawHut 18' chicken coop/run
CAN NOT GET PARTS!! If you live anywhere that gets bad storms beware!!! We had high winds the night we finished putting this together and it blew around the yard. The bases were bent and cracked. When you call Aosom for parts they tell you that YOU need to call walmart and home depot to see if they POSSIBLY have had returns and get parts that way. I was very happy with everything until now. BUYERS BEWARE you can not get extra parts should it break AND apparently there is not manufacturer to call...
