Looks can be deceiving!
It took me so long to decide which house I wanted. Finally, I decided on this one. Delivery was real fast. I was hopeful! Started putting it together, and quickly realized that I'd be lucky if this house makes it through one of Southern California's weather! There were already signs of the cheap material used. Although it's really cute, the price doesn't warrant the product. it wasn't cheap either coming in at about $250.
On the positive side, I love Aosom and plan on buying from them again.

Pet stroller with reversible handle
I like the concept of this stroller but the execution is lacking. It comes with only one red closing bracket so when folded it does not stay hooked, the back brake is bent and crooked- it does brake but it came put together crooked. The reversible handle is a good concept but when you reverse it the handle is too low even for a shorter person to push, you end up kicking the wheels repeatedly and it is harder to drive because the swivel wheels are at the pushing side and the foot brake is on the...

I like the concept of this stroller but the execution is lacking. In the traditional set up with handle in the standard position it is "ok" but this is much flimsier than our previous pet stroller and though purchased for all of the "features" none of them are usable.

The instructions only has pictures. Some of the metal pieces had cut outs where holes should be punched out but the holes were not actually punched out.

This is way more secure than the hutch we bought with the run but after only a few weeks of housing our bunnies it's already coming apart.

The directions to put it together are not good.
The directions are basically a pic, and not in the best order for construction. There are no measurements on parts, and it is not a free standing structure, but three sided and needs to be mounted/screwed into a smooth, brick/wood wall. One needs to also pre-drill the holes in the piece of wood section being connected as well as one needs to use a lot of upper body strength to manually screw on all the screws, unless one goes out and buys a 90° angle driver. Second Attempt Failure
Ordered the smaller version on Amazon which was a disaster and a misrepresentation of the size and my chicken didn’t fit. I bought this one directly through the AOSOM website. Like the smaller coop, the wood was cracked and pieces didn’t line up quite right. The directions were way less clear on this model and there were not pre drilled holes to help make out which sides the pictures referred to. I probably would have kept the coop and made my own modifications because it is roomy and disassembling for return would be a pain, plus I needed my chicken safe. It’s unknown if this coop would have kept her safe; I no longer need it, and I’m heartbroken.

Missing parts
I received my order in a timely manner, however over the weekend there is no customer service. Monday thru Friday hours of operation however I start a chat, and no one is there to chat. I don't want to return the item, because of the hassle, I just want my missing parts. I am missing parts!!!!!!!!

I received the item, and it was missing all kinds of parts yet to receive the new parts. They need to make sure they count everything before they ship it because I think there’s a missing box still waiting on a new order.

Poor quality
The coop looked perfect in the first week. The chickens loved it. Third week of having the coop most of the hinges came off after opening and closing doors. Definitely not very protective from any predators that can break themselves in the coop. Do not recommend for long run.
