More than anything, great customer service! FedEx lost my package for a month just to find out they lost the label and sent it to a random customer. I was trying to go through fedex to resolve the situation, getting nowhere. Contacted this company and within a few days I had a replacement package at my door!

Received this in Phoenix, AZ in 3 days. An excellent packing job with no missing items. A well engineered design, fine workmanship, and nicely painted. It took two of us about 2 hours to assemble (with excellent illustrated instructions). Just located the parts and match drilled with a drill bit, slightly smaller than the screw diameter. Wooden dowel pins located the sides. Installed screws with cordless driver. We did add a coat of clear Krylon as a protective barrier to the weather. The 3 cats...
