Cons:
- I purchased two chairs, and two more chairs with an ottoman. Despite numerous photos on this and other sites, the cushions on the chairs with ottoman do not match the cushions on the chairs without the ottoman. The chair with the ottoman has thinner cushions. It's very obvious. Customer support said that there was nothing that could be done. Returning the chairs would have been very expensive for me. So, I'm stuck with four chairs in my configuration - two with thick cushions, and two with thin cushions. This completely ruined my purchase experience. It just looks wrong (and it is!).
- the rattan weave tension is uneven. Some of the weaves are sticking up and/or flopping around - especially the armrests.
- the cushion hold-down buttons came loose - or pulled out the rattan - on first use. I had to purchase new elastic, and then tie the buttons around the middle screws on the ottoman. Securing the buttons around the rattan is a very poor design - someone needs to look at this.
- the ottomans rock. In other words, the legs are not the same length, so all four legs do not contact the surface at the same time. I have verified this on many surfaces. No apparent way to adjust.
- the frames are painted steel. Beware.

Very disappointed
Been trying for days to get help. I have sent pictures, order # etc and no one is helping. The swing has defects. I am not happy with their customer service at all. Won't answer the phone, keeps asking for more info by email when I already sent it to them and now silence. They have obvious problems.

I recently purchased this product and, while it is undoubtedly beautiful looking, it was extremely difficult to assemble. Despite hiring a professional, it took 3.5 hours and cost me $360 to get it put together. This level of complexity in assembly is unacceptable and detracts from the overall experience. The company needs to focus on making their products easier to assemble for customers. additionally the cushions are thin making this look lovely but very uncomfortable! used all the tent pegs, one mild gust of wind and that was that. would not recommend unless you live in a place that doesnt get wind faster than
2 1/2 miles per hour. thats about 4 kmh.
