Great Customer Service-they back their product!
I ordered a pair of these chairs. They arrived 3 days after purchasing. I loved the look of the chairs and the reclining option. Unfortunately, both chairs came with minor damage (see pics). The damage didn't effect the usage of the chairs, however, when you pay for products you don't want any damage. I messaged customer service showing them the damage and explaining that I really liked the chairs, ultimately asking what could be done. They replied back in a quick manner explaining they would send...

I ordered a pair of these chairs. They arrived 3 days after purchasing. I loved the look of the chairs and the reclining option. Unfortunately, both chairs came with minor damage (see pics). The damage didn't effect the usage of the chairs, however, when you pay for products you don't want any damage. I messaged customer service showing them the damage and explaining that I really liked the chairs, ultimately asking what could be done. They replied back in a quick manner explaining they would send two new chairs and I would not need to send back the damaged ones. So now I have 4 usable chairs! That's excellent customer service! I only dropped a star for the minor damage of the initial product.

Looks nice but bends easily!
Poor assembly instructions. No text. Only pictures. Very flimsy materials that bend easily. Don’t know what I am going to do if something breaks after warranty is over. No way to order replacement parts.

Very disappointed with this set
Got it for my lanai, but it was very difficult to assemble, the holes are not lined up, my son had to drill extra screws and make new holes, which damaged some of the wood and made it possible for sturdier comfort, but he had already put it together and I know it would be an issue to send it back.

Beautiful piece, very time consuming to put together everything needs an allen wrench but it’s very difficult places!

Not what i expected
Ordered an outdoor shed, it came all scratched up. Still able to use but they need to box them up better

Package arrived open and in poor condition.
Package delivered open on one side with poles sticking out. Not sure if all parts are still in the box. Guess I will find out when I go to assemble the tent. The delivery person made sure the picture taken to verify delivery did not show the damage. The package was stood up against the porch railing with the open end on the porch floor.

Assembly was HORRIBLE
1st. I would like to say that I really searched to find the Gazebo Style that was unique and stylish and different from everyone else in my neighborhood. I heard of your website from a Neighbor and found a Gazebo to purchase to my excitement, it Arrived in a timely fashion and the box had a few holes in it from shipping but then there was a couple of dents here and there. First day 2 Friends came to do the assembly 1 with quite a bit of experience the not so much and it was problem after problem...

1st. I would like to say that I really searched to find the Gazebo Style that was unique and stylish and different from everyone else in my neighborhood. I heard of your website from a Neighbor and found a Gazebo to purchase to my excitement, it Arrived in a timely fashion and the box had a few holes in it from shipping but then there was a couple of dents here and there. First day 2 Friends came to do the assembly 1 with quite a bit of experience the not so much and it was problem after problem with things not aligned properly and forcing and bending the slacks to in the groove properly. They gave up several times due to time and frustration. The directions were followed and very poor and did not go as followed. I even watched a You Tube video regarding the Assembly process and that Customer said the same thing I’m saying. My friend had an emergency and was unable to complete the Assembly after numerous attempts, I had to end hiring someone from ANGI’S List and end up paying $500 for Assembly. After 4 hrs. Of the contractors from ANGI’S I finally have my Gazebo,
I Love the way it looks on my Lanai (Patio) but the frustration and anxiety this took me through was too much and that is the reason for Low Rating **

Struggling with customer support to get replacement parts
My awning arrived with one half of the awning mechanism damaged. I emailed and submitted a support request, with photos, to request replacement of the damaged piece and also one bracket was missing.Although they responded immediately, it has taken 3 more days of 1 email a day to get them to understand what is needed. I sent photos of the piece that is damaged, I sent photos of the instructions and provided the part numbers from the instruction book. I have sent the same information 3 times now and...

I sent photos of the piece that is damaged, I sent photos of the instructions and provided the part numbers from the instruction book. I have sent the same information 3 times now and each morning I get another email with another request for the same info or a message indicating that they still don't understand what is needed.
I have to hope that if I ever get the parts I need, there are no questions on the installation because we might never get the answers we need.
The quality of the awning itself remains to be seen but so far the support has been very difficult to work with.

Disappointing
Loved it at first and easy to put together. BUT it is FADED HORRIBLY NOT EVEN A MONTH LATER. So upsetting but I guess you get what you pay for.

Tilted awning
The installation manual was not very clear at several points. I had to undo several steps before finally getting it right.
After installing the awning, when extended, one side of the awning sags 8-10 inches lower than the other side.
