I want to rave about so many parts of my order . First, I ordered the wrong umbrella. Since it was in the early morning hours, the customer service department wasn’t open and I couldn’t immediately speak to a representative. I called the next day, and the customer service was very understanding. They canceled my order and refunded my account, which allowed me to order the correct product. Secondly, I want to express my appreciation for the quick processing and delivery. The package was delivered early and in perfect condition. Last, the assembly was very easy. My husband and I (ages 62&64) had the umbrella up in minutes. The stand is very stable and when filled with sand, I believe it will remain stationary against a common storm. The umbrella is beautiful. It expands across half of my patio, covering all of my patio furniture. I can’t wait to enjoy this umbrella throughout the hot Georgia summers.

I was worried when my order came incomplete being a first time buyer from Aosom. A simple call or email to the company is all it took to complete missing parts. No worries or hassels. I love my swing. Assembly was simple. All hardware included along with tools. It looks great on my porch where the family and I gather. I enjoy swinging while others do not so it's perfect. Chair materials and fabric are sturdy. I'll be ordering from this company in the future. I'm well satisfied!

I purchased a hammock chair years ago while on vacation. It's been in storage as I didn't hang it from my porch. When I found this chair stand, I purchased it right away. It was easy to put together and I am extremely satisfied with the quality.

Sturdy canopy
A nice size canopy for parties. Works as it should. Delivery was a week from my order date, but I was okay with that as it is winter and I didn't need it right away. The box was damaged but the product was not. Good quality.
