Aosom will review and approve the submission for a partial refund.
(Note: The refund only applies to the actual paid price of the SKU that meets the refund conditions. If the same item is purchased twice in one order and only one meets the conditions, the refund will apply only to the eligible item.)

Product Review Rewards Program Instructions and Requirements

1. What is the Aosom Product Review Rewards Program?

The Aosom Product Review Rewards Program allows customers to share their honest reviews about products they’ve used and receive a substantial discount delivered as a partial refund.

All customers will have a chance to receive this significant discount by participating.

lf you are selected to participate in our Product Review Rewards Program, you must submit a review on an eligible item within 10 days of receiving it. Product reviews should include thoughts on the assembly, material, function, size, overall product quality, and include attached photos. Reviews that are thorough and meet our requirements will be accepted – and then become eligible for the product discount.

2. How It Works

Aosom will send you an event invitation email after you’ve received the product.
You have 10 days to submit a detailed review once you receive the product.
Follow all instructions carefully for writing and uploading your review.
Aosom will review your submission. Once your review meets the requirements, the partial refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Note: Approved reviews may be displayed on our product review page. Personal information like usernames will remain hidden.

3. Review Submission

You’ll receive an email link inviting you to participate in the ‘Product Review Rewards Program.’
Start taking photos and writing your review as soon as you’ve received, unpacked, and assembled the product.
Ensure all required fields are thoroughly completed before submitting.
If the review doesn’t upload successfully, try resubmitting.

4. Product Discount Refund

Aosom will review your submission within 3-5 business days and notify you via email of the results.
If the review does not meet the requirements, you’ll be asked to make corrections. Resubmissions are unlimited.
Once your review is approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days.

5. Review Quality Requirements

Contents: A quality review report will contain the reviewer's opinions and describe the pros and cons of the item they received. The reviewer should carefully consider the product in each of the categories and leave fair & well-rounded feedback that will be useful to other customers.

Review writing cheat sheet: The following topics that must be included for a well-rounded review. The questions are just prompting you can use for inspiration.

Ordering: Was the ordering process smooth and hassle-free?

Shipment/ Packaging: Did the shipment time meet your expectations? Did the items arrive in good condition?

Assembling: Did the item require assembly? If so, how easy or challenging was the process?

Looks: What are your thoughts on the color, design? Does the product look how you thought it would?

Features: How did you feel about the product in everyday use and functionality? Do the features perform as expected? How well do they meet your needs?

Quality/Value: Does the quality meet your expectations? Do you think the product offers good value for its price? Was it worth the cost?

Photos: Please take your own photos for the review report. Using website images or photos from other customers is not allowed. Aim to capture clear, detailed shots with good lighting to showcase the product accurately.

We recommend posting four photos, all with clear focus and with good lighting at appropriate distance to show the details of the product. We recommend the photos be as follows:
1. A full product shot
2. A detail shots of the items.
3. Shot of the item in use or how you incorporated it into your life. Take care that no personally identifiable objects or images are in the photo, like a driver’s license or credit card.

Ensure no personally identifiable information, such as letters or cards, is visible in the photos.

Be Honest and Open: Feel free to be honest with your opinion. The primary objective of Product Review Rewards Program is to let customers know what kind of product they are receiving when ordering with Aosom. Your positive feedback helps other customers, and your negative feedback helps improve our company.

6. System notification

You'll receive the following notifications via email:

-Invitation email to participate in the Product Review Rewards Programme
-The results of your review submission.
