1.1 Aosom VIP paid membership: a paid subscription, providing exclusive discounts and benefits for more convenient, money-saving, and reliable customers' online shopping within the Aosom.

1.2 Email verification: The user joining Aosom VIP paid membership must fill in an Email Address for account verification. Notice: do not sign up multiple Aosom VIP accounts with the same personal information, including phone number and name, only ONE account will be allowed to access the Aosom VIP paid membership program.

2.2 Aosom reserves the right to accept or reject your membership application at our discretion.

2.3 Membership is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Renewal fees are due no later than the last day of the month your membership expires. If not, all program membership rights and privileges would be invalid one day after membership expires.

2.4 By signing up for Aosom VIP you are accepting the Terms of Aosom VIP paid membership service and the execution of these Terms. The member is responsible for all activity occurring on the website using their login credentials. Aosom is not responsible for unauthorized use of your credentials (for example, if you are hacked, or if another party views and misuses your login credentials). Therefore, we highly suggest that members implement password security measures and guard their login credentials carefully.

2.5 Only persons eighteen (18) years of age or older may register to become a Member of Aosom VIP.

2.6 Aosom reserves the right to decide independently on terminating membership service and revoking user accounts, remove or editing website or app contents, according to the laws of the State of California.

2.7 Once membership expires or is canceled or terminated, membership benefits will no longer be available. The subscription fee is not refundable. If you want to regain access to paid membership benefits, you will need to purchase a yearly membership again.

2.8 Aosom reserves the right to utilize technical information and personally identifiable information your provide to protect your account and prevent fraud or abuse.

3.1 Introduction to Membership Benefits

Aosom VIP paid membership offers various benefits to enhance your shopping experience. As a member, you will have access to exclusive discounts.

Aosom reserves the right to adjust whole or parts of membership benefits in its sole discretione. A specific adjustment notice will be disclosed on the corresponding service page.

5.1 You certify that any personal information, including registration mobile phone number and email address you provide to Aosom, is accurate, real, complete, valid, and legal. If your personal registration information changes, you are responsible for updating it. You are responsible for any consequence caused by your inaccurate, unreal, incomplete, invalid, fraudulent, or otherwise iillegaly provided personal information. Aosom has the right to deny your membership or revoke your membership for abuse or fraud.

5.2 You may not use Aosom VIP membership for any commercial purpose, including resale, rent, dropshipping (retail arbitrage). Users are limited to 1 Aosom VIP membership. If we find that you are using an account for this type of abuse we reserve the right to revoke your account, and no refund of the membership fee will be provided to you.

5.3 By signing up for Aosom VIP membership you consent that Aosom has the right to send promotional information to you, including emails, mobile phone texts, phone calls, and app notifications.

5.4 Any actions of your account should correspond with the laws of California State and Aosom.com Terms and Conditions. In the event any account activity violates these laws or terms, Aosom reserves rights to (1) freeze or revoke your Aosom VIP membership and/or your Aosom account, (2) cancel orders, (3) suspend or stop service and orders, and (4) no refund for the membership fee will be provided. You are responsible for the costs of any damages to Aosom or others due to improper use, abuse, or fraud.

Aosom has the rights to (1) occasionally update or revise this agreement, and relevant service rules, (2) suspend, cancel and revise the terms of this agreement. The revised agreement shall come into force and replace the original agreement after being posted on the Aosom website. You should immediately terminate this agreement if you do not agree to the revised agreement and relevant rules. By continuing to use the Aosom website and/or Aosom VIP membership program, you agree to the updated agreement. Aosom advises you to read this agreement and other notifications of Aosom. Any disputes arising by any contents or execution of this agreement should be solved through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, Aosom and you have the right to file a lawsuit in the Court of San Bernardino County, California, the United States.
