• The competition/prize draw is conducted by Aosom LLC, whose registered office is at 27150 SW Kinsman Rd, Wilsonville, OR, 97070. • The competition/prize draw runs from 01/08/2024 at 00:00 PST to 12/08/2024 at 23:59 PST. Eligibility – To be eligible to win a prize, you must: • Be a resident of US, aged 18 years or over, except for employees of Aosom LLC and their close relatives, as well as anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition—including but not limited to wholesalers, dropshippers, and marketing partners. • There is no entry fee for the competition. • By entering this competition, an entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. • Entries must be made on the landing page: www.aosom.com/activity/back-to-school-giveaway. • Entries made before the competition start date or after the competition end date will not be considered. • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. • The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. • Any personal data relating to the winner(s) or other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent. • Only one entry is permitted per task. • Multiple entries from different accounts by the same person are not permitted. Users with multiple accounts will have all entries disqualified.

For Prize B, the winner can select the color (pink or blue).

• Participants must complete the entry form on the landing page. • Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

• Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize and indicate their choice of prize and, if applicable, the color for the Children’s Set.

• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s discretion. • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

• We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible. • The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
